At the end of the 1990s I worked for architect Leen Steijger on a small project with 7 detached new-build homes on a beautiful spot in Amsterdam North.
After all these years, the original client still lives there with great pleasure. However, there is now a desire to have a much more spacious workplace at home. Moving from this beautiful place is not an option, expanding seems logical.

Fortunately, the zoning plan allows an extension and so many years later, I am once again taking care of the house.

Not only will the existing 2nd floor be considerably larger, but the opportunity will also be used to improve the view and enjoyment of the fantastic next door park.
